About Us

Lawyer Cards Online.com is the brain child of Olen Grimes of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.  Started in 2009 to help attorney client relations, the company is adding to it’s offerings every day.

Olen’s partner, Laura Pizzurro, has worked in sales and marketing for over eighteen years and brings her expertise in greeting cards marketing to the table.

Olen decided to start this line of cards specifically focusing on Divorce Cards.  Everyone knows someone who has been or is going through a divorce. After searching the internet, etc., he found there were no friendly, happy and/or jovial ways to share with family and friends the fact that one is finally divorced. The only cards he was able to find were very negative. The whole point of sending these cards out is to inform people in one’s life that the deed is done without them having to tiptoe around the subject and guess and feel the discomfort of asking.

If this is for the general public, why market to attorneys? The majority of couples seek professional help from attorneys when obtaining a divorce.  Attorneys build their businesses through client referral and advertising.  What better way to advertise than giving your client cards after the final papers are signed so he or she can send the notice to their friends and family that all is over and life is moving forward.  The client will be surprised and pleased that their lawyer cared enough to go the extra mile in giving such a special parting gift. Your client will now be more inclined to refer you to friends and family for legal affairs.  And, with every 1 in 2 marriages ending in divorce, that can mean a lot of referral business.
